Natural Gas Processing Facility - Energy Usage Review

The facility consisted of a gas processing train to condition and purify natural gas and to recover various hydrocarbon fractions as separate product steams.

The objective of the study was to review progress on the recommendations of a previous Energy Assessment Report and to undertake an independent review of the terminal operation with a view to identifying potential additional energy efficiency options.

Opportunities for improvement in the site energy performance were identified and recommendations were made for additional instrumentation to improve the site’s capability to monitor and characterise plant equipment.
